About H2O LIFESTYLE.

We started in 2001 in a little shop in Christchurch and soon found there was a great demand for what we sold. Initially we specialised in sailing gear but have since moved over to a broad range of casual clothing and technical kit for most types of water sports. The business is owned by Russell and Alex, a mother and son team with a passion for the water and anything to do with it. Hopefully this website will give everyone the opportunity to buy into our LIFESTYLE and enjoy it as much as we do…

 

How To Order.

We’ve tried to make it as simple as possible. All you need to do is go through the categories to find what you are looking for, then put what you want into the shopping cart. From there you can then process your order and pay for it by going to the CHECKOUT button at the top of this page.
 

Can’t See What You Want?

If you can’t find what you are looking for give us a call, 01202 48 96 55 or send an email with details of what you want. We will then do our best to get that item for you, or at least point you in the right direction to find what you need.

 

Payment Methods.

You can pay for your purchase in pretty much any way you like. If you want to pay by card we accept most types except AMEX and Dinners Club, just use our online facility. If you want to use cheques, postal orders, or anything else just give us a call on 01202 48 96 55. Some payment methods may be subject to certain conditions, but you will be advised of these when you call us.

Payment will only be taken once the order has been confirmed.

Credit or debit card payments are all processed using secure SSL servers for your peace of mind. When payment is made by card the delivery address must be the same as the registered address for the card, otherwise the order will not be completed. Fraudulent use of credit and debit cards is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.

All transactions are carried out in pounds sterling and include VAT at the relevant rate. If you would like a detailed VAT receipt please telephone or email us and we will send you one.

 

Out Of Stock Items.

We try our best to keep a good stock of all the items listed on the site. However if we don’t have what you want we will contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed and tell you. In some cases we may be able to get what you want, but it might take a little longer than usual. We will not charge you until your item has been dispatched, and in the event of a delay we will contact you first to make sure you still want what you ordered.

 

Delivery (UK & International).

Standard deliveries will take up to five working days to be delivered and are always sent by Royal Mail Recorded Post within the UK and Royal Mail AirMail outside of the UK. A signature will always be required upon delivered. We will always try to dispatch your items within 48 hours of receipt of your order and cleared payment. If you need a guaranteed next day delivery, give us a call on 01202 48 96 55 and we will quote for it.

Our charges are as follows, UK deliveries are £5, European deliveries are £10 and deliveries outside of Europe are £20. With some of the larger/heavier items there might be a surcharge added to this standard rate. This will be detailed on the item description and on the Checkout page.

 

Returns.

Our standard returns policy allows you 14 days from the date your goods are dispatched to send them back for a refund. However, the items being returned must be in perfect condition, unworn/unused, with all the relevant packaging and labels intact. If they do not meet these requirements they will not be accepted.

If you would like to return your item please telephone 01202 48 96 55 or email us with an explanation for your return. We will then issue you with a returns number, which you must send clearly marked on the package along with your receipt. Our returns address is:

Once we receive the return and it has been inspected your refund will be processed. Under the Sale of Good Act 1979, anything may be returned as faulty for repair or in some cases replacement. Each faulty return will be dealt with individually and at the discretion of the retailer and manufacturer.

The purchaser in all cases must meet the cost of postage for returns unless the item has been sent in error. Until the item has been received by H2O LIFESTYLE UK LIMITED it remains the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend that anything be sent using a recorded service. If your item is accepted as a faulty return or is sent to you incorrectly we will, in most cases, cover the cost of return postage.

Your statutory rights allow you 7 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel the purchase without reason and return them for a refund. In this case the conditions described above must still be fulfilled.

The original purchaser can only return goods and refunds to credit/debit cards will be made to the same card as the original purchase was made. Please allow up to 1 or 2 months for the refund to show on your statement.

 

Warranties.

We deal direct with manufacturers or authorised dealers to ensure that all our products are 100% genuine and brand new. As such all our products carry some kind of manufacturers warranty, details may be given with the product description. If you would like further information please contact us.

 

Privacy Policy.

H2O LIFESTYLE UK LIMITED is registered with the Data Protection Act 1998 and is committed to protecting your privacy.

We will not email you in future without having received your consent.

 

Comments & Complaints.

If you have anything you would like to discuss with us, whether it is a complaint or a recommendation for us to improve our service please contact us. We appreciate any remarks you may have, without them it is more difficult to provide the kind of high quality service we strive for. Any emails will be replied to within five working days and contact will be maintained until a satisfactory result has been achieved.

 

Business Hours.

Our normal business hours are Monday to Saturday, 9.00am to 5.30pm and Sundays 11.00am to 4.00pm. Throughout January and February we are closed on Sundays. These times may vary for Bank Holidays and during the Christmas period.
